1.The “Mother's Day Hamper Giveaway Promotion" promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all customers who hold a Club Card and spend a minimum of $25 on eligible products in one transaction during the promotional period (24th April to 14th May, 2024) at participating Chemist Discount Centre pharmacies in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, Queensland, and online. 2.To enter the Promotion, customers must scan or enter their Club Card at the time of purchase of the eligible products to be automatically entered into the draw to win a Mother's Day Hamper. 3.Only one entry per Club Card per day is allowed during the promotional period. 4.Eligible products include all items in the following Chemist Discount Centre departments: skincare, cosmetics, gifts, and fragrance. Eligible items may vary by store and are subject to availability. 5.Each Mother's Day Hamper prize is valued at $200 and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. There are 45 hamper prizes to be won (one per each Chemist Discount Centre, including our eCommerce store). Total value of prizes is $9000. 6.The draw to determine the winner of the Mother's Day Hamper will be conducted on the 20th of May, 2024 at Chemist Discount Centre Support Office, 15-17 Chapel St Cremorne, VIC, 3121. The winner will be contacted via phone or email within 5 business days of the draw and will be required to claim their prize at their local Chemist Discount Centre. The winners’ names will be published on the Chemist Discount Centre Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/chemistdiscountcentre/) within 14 days of the draw. 7.If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, or cannot be contacted, a redraw will be conducted. 8.Chemist Discount Centre reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 9.Chemist Discount Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 10.By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal information as described in the Chemist Discount Centre Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Chemist Discount Centre website (https://www.chemistdiscountcentre.com.au/#!privacy). 11.Chemist Discount Centre is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any entrant as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 12.In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these conditions of entry, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Australia and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of that country. 13.The Promoter is Chemist Discount Centre (ABN: 46 160 755 439).
